Pruss Perdu is another Loverbeer interpretation of the famous fruit lambic produced on the southwest side of Brussels. fermented thanks to lactic bacteria and yeast (including Brettanomyces), it matures 12 months in oak barrels with pears, an ancient Piedmontese variety now almost extinct.
